I’m Kristina Gutzman, MSN, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Half Moon Health & Wellness. Transparent, Self-Pay Pricing- No Insurance Needed

Half Moon Health is a self-pay practice, which means no waiting on insurance approvals, no surprise bills, and more time with your provider. Our prices are straightforward and often comparable to — or less than — a typical insurance copay.

  • New Patient Visit: $150 (includes full exam, health history, and interview)

  • Follow-Up Visit: $50

  • Established Patient — New Problem: $75

  • Physical Exam: $50

  • VA Nexus Letter: $300 for the first condition, $100 for each additional

  • Urgent Care Base Rate: $100 - Wound Care: add $50 | Sutures (includes removal): add $100 | Cyst I&D: add $100

  • Medication Refill: $50 per medication

  • Rapid Tests (pregnancy, flu, COVID): $25​

Do you have insurance? You may still be able to submit your receipt to your insurance company for possible reimbursement depending on your plan.
