I'm a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Half Moon Health & Wellness. I started this practice because I believe people deserve more than rushed, impersonal care — they deserve a provider who listens, explains, and actually follows through.

My background spans urgent care, family medicine, and wellness, and I hold a Master of Science in Nursing with national board certification through the ANCC. I started Half Moon Health to offer something different: longer appointments, one consistent provider, and care that fits real life — including same-day visits and weekends.

When I'm not seeing patients, you'll find me outdoors on Colorado's trails and mountains. That lifestyle shapes how I practice — I understand the active, independent mindset of people on the Front Range, and I bring that same energy to helping my patients stay healthy and moving.
